4. Could you offer customer logo service?
-Yes. Customers’logo service is accepted, and custom logo for free.
5. Can i get one sample?
-Yes, We can accept one sample request, But if you order more you can get better price.
6. What is your minimum order quantity?
-Our minimum order quantity is 30 pieces in factory price.
7. What’s your production time?
-Our production time are from 7 to 30 days normally. Depends on the order quantity.
8. Is the plating up to standard？
-Yes, we have CE RoHS REACH CPSC-CH-E1001 certificate, Reach European Standard. Nickel Free Chromium Free Lead Free.
9. How about your after-sales service?

Inspection Pre-shipment: We will do the inspection based on AQL 1.5 major, 4.0 Minor, Level III S-2.Pls confirm it is ok for you.As well,which machines you have in factory to prove that you used real silver and gold.We destroy 1 random piece per models to check if the use real material.We will use SGS.
