We don’t charge “artificial” customization or modification fees. The price quote is dependent on the use of precious metals, gemstones, and labor required to bring that design to life.

The production process for custom jewelry is identical to that of our existing products. We can immediately mail out ready-made samples to you right away. For customized samples, we will finalize the details through consultation within 2-3 days, proceed with production upon confirmation, and then arrange for shipping. The mass production cycle for most of our jewelry takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

In a nutshell, yes. Beware, though, that there may be elements of a design that could affect the structural integrity. In that case, we will utilize our expertise and discretion to make your design structurally sound.
